Teachers interested in applying for Approved
FSMTA Judging, please complete "Apprentice
Judge Applicant" form and send to your local Student Day
Chairperson. ALL forms including Judges comments on Student
Day should be filled-in with BLACK or BLUE INK PEN. Deadline
to return all forms from Student Day Chairperson by May 31,
2009 for this season.If you have
