  • Biographical information, photo, and a signed photo release permission form are required to be included with your State Competition application.
  • For State concerto Competition only: requests for help in securing an accompanist must be submitted to the Concerto Chairman, Kyung-Ae Gibson, no later than April 10, 2010.
